Storage Instructions

Our Kueh Lapis tastes best three days after baking—that’s when it fully absorbs the oils, resulting in a soft texture, rich buttery flavour, and well-balanced sweetness. To maintain the best quality and flavour of our Kueh Lapis:

  • Room Temperature: Keeps fresh for up to one week. Best enjoyed within this period.
  • Refrigerated: For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator — it stays fresh for at least one month.
  • Before serving, let it return to room temperature to enjoy the full buttery aroma and soft texture.
